Scott Harrell

President and Chief Executive Officer

Scott Harrell joined Infoblox in January 2023 as CEO, responsible for the overall strategy, growth, and continued success of the company. Harrell is a seasoned leader with extensive portfolio management experience, having spent over two decades in leadership roles at Cisco Systems and Intel. Prior to joining Infoblox, Harrell was the Senior Vice President and General Manager for Cisco’s $20B Intent Based Network business unit where he oversaw the entire portfolio and engineering teams across enterprise, IoT and data center markets. Prior to that, Harrell led product management for Cisco’s Security portfolio. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Intel along with several strategic consulting roles at early-stage start-ups. Scott has an MBA from UNC-Chapel Hill, Kenan-Flaglar Business School, and a bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology.

Jesper Andersen

President and Chief Executive Officer

A Seasoned Networking and Software Industry Executive With a Track Record of Building Large Businesses, Jesper Is the Leader of Infoblox, Responsible for the Company’s Continuing Growth and Innovation. Prior to Joining Infoblox in December 2014, He Served in a Number of Roles at Cisco Systems, Including Senior Vice President for Network Management. Previously, He Held Senior Management Positions at Oracle, Peoplesoft, Pivotal Software and Computer Resources International.

Mitch Breen

Chief Revenue Officer

Mitch leads the company’s growth strategy across a global organization encompassing field sales, field engineering, support, professional services, operations, inside sales, renewals and enablement. He joins Infoblox from Big Switch Networks, a leader in Software Defined Networks, which he positioned for acquisition by Arista Networks. Prior to joining Big Switch, Mitch served as SVP of Global Sales for Plexxi Networks, and SVP of Global Sales for SimpliVity, both of which were acquired by Hewlett Packard Enterprise. Mitch also served as SVP of Sales for North America for Oracle and had a long stint at EMC where he was one of the key architects of the highly regarded sales culture known for driving high performance and overachievement. His roles included running Sales for EMC’s Americas Go-To market organization, SVP of Global Channels and Alliances and SVP of Mid-range Storage Sales.

Padmini Kao

Executive Vice President, Engineering

Padmini has a strong network security background and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in leadership engineering management roles, building and leading global teams. She is responsible for driving Infoblox’s technology strategy and executing the company’s technology innovations and product development. Padmini started her Infoblox career eight years ago as senior director of engineering and has been instrumental building a modern cloud-native architecture and reshaping DDI and security for cloud-first deployments.She previously held engineering management roles at STEC and Blue Coat Systems (now Broadcom). She holds a Masters in Computer Science from Louisiana State University, Baton Rouge.

Brad Rinklin

Executive Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer

A diverse marketing leader with expertise in building and scaling world-class overachieving teams within large enterprise and hyper-growth organizations. Prior to Infoblox, Brad was the global marketing leader for VMware’s security division, VMware Carbon Black, he reinvented marketing within FinTech market leader, Eze Software (SS&C), and was a key member of Akamai’s Global Sales, Services, and Marketing leadership team for 16 years, serving as the company’s Chief Marketing Officer for 9 years and SVP of Global Partner Sales for 6 years. He has held pre-sales, sales, sales leadership and marketing roles in the technology industry for 28 years.

Wei Chen

Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Government Affairs

Wei is responsible for Infoblox’s legal functions and compliance and governance programs. Wei is a seasoned legal executive with over 20 years of experience scaling operations, strengthening compliance, building strong teams and championing innovations. Prior to joining Infoblox in 2022, Wei served as Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel of Strategic Transactions at Salesforce. She also previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Sun Microsystems, Inc. and was a corporate associate at Cooley LLP and Skadden.

Hoke Horne

Chief Financial Officer & Chief Operation Officer

An experienced Finance executive in the software industry, Hoke leads Infoblox’s Finance, and Procurement functions. Before joining Infoblox in February 2018, he was CFO of Digital River. Prior experience includes divisional CFO roles at Groupon, Juniper Networks and Microsoft, as well as being a consultant with McKinsey and Accenture. He holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering and Economics from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Carolyn Gracey

Senior Vice President, People and Places

Carolyn leads Infoblox’s team of recruitment, compensation, professional development, business partners, benefits, community relations and facilities management professionals. She brings over 25 years of related experience to this role.

She joined Infoblox from MetricStream, where she led HR and EMEA operations—from systems to compensation to performance management—with a focus on designing processes to scale, ensuring cultural alignment, and building a global delivery model for HR programs and systems. As VP of HR at ShoreTel, she was a member of the Executive team and counseled executives through an IPO and led M&A integration of two successful cloud acquisitions.

Carolyn is known for building strong relationships, designing innovative programs, and inspiring loyalty and engagement.

Mukesh Gupta

Senior Vice President, Chief Product Officer

As Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer, Mukesh Gupta is responsible for developing and driving Infoblox’s product vision and strategy to new heights. With his strong mix and networking and security backgrounds, entrepreneurial vision, and go-to-market expertise he will drive Infoblox’s long-range vision of uniting networking and security to best serve the company’s growing customer base.

Mukesh joined Infoblox from Palo Alto Networks where he helped grow the company into a multi-billion-dollar leader in network security. Prior to Palo Alto Networks, Gupta held senior product leadership roles at Illumio and Juniper Networks. He also co-founded LocalCircles, India’s leading community and public pulse aggregation platform.

A prolific inventor, Gupta holds more than two dozen patents and patent applications advancing networking and security across hybrid cloud applications.

Gupta has an MBA from the University of California Berkeley – Walter A Haas School of Business, a Master’s of Science in Computer Networking from The University of Toledo, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunications from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.

Amy Farrow

Senior Vice President & Chief Information Officer

Amy Farrow is an award-winning Chief Information Officer who has experience in scaling organizations that are disruptors in their space, while building high performing and highly engaged teams. With over 20 years of experience, Amy excels at the intersection of people, process, and technology to drive outstanding impacts. She is known for leaving organizations stronger than she found them with a relentless focus on building partnerships, tackling challenges, and delighting customers. As Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer, Amy leads the Information Technology and Security teams in support of the company’s next critical phase of growth – focused on scaling the business in during Infoblox’s innovative transformation, focusing on both the customer and employee experience. She joins Infoblox from Lyft where she served as their first CIO. Amy is also both a mentor and advisor and enjoys giving back through various organizations such as Marin Humane, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and ALS TDI.

Cricket Liu

Chief DNS Architect

Cricket is one of the world’s leading experts on the Domain Name System (DNS), and serves as the liaison between Infoblox and the DNS community. Before joining Infoblox, he founded an Internet consulting and training company, Acme Byte & Wire, after running the hp.com domain at Hewlett-Packard. Cricket is a prolific speaker and author, having written a number of books including “DNS and BIND,” one of the most widely used references in the field, now in its fifth edition.

Liza Burns

Chief of Staff and VP, Business Operations

Liza is responsible for business operations at Infoblox and leads long range planning as well as management of key cross-functional business processes, including the coordination and management of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across the executive team. She brings more than 20 years of general management experience to this role. Prior to joining Infoblox she led Product Operations for Cisco’s Cloud and Virtualization Group. Previously, she was SVP of International Markets at Qwest Communications and held senior leadership positions in a variety of functions including Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance at Qwest and AT&T. Liza is a Sloan Fellow from Stanford University with an MS in Management, and also holds an MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in Bio-Chemistry from Pepperdine University.
